Luminous Library provides royalty-free digital video content for personal and commercial use under specified licensing terms. We operate a subscription model granting users access to curated collections of stock footage.

No refunds are provided once content is accessed or downloaded.

Luminous Library reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
Luminous Library, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our services. This limitation applies even if Luminous Library has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where such limitations are not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Additionally, Luminous Library shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or labor disputes. Luminous Library is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of our services.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous payments.
4.2 Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once content has been accessed. Exceptions may be made in the following cases:
Accidental duplicate purchases, provided the duplicate transaction is reported within 7 days.
Billing errors caused by Luminous Library or its payment processors.
Compliance with consumer protection laws that require refunds in specific situations. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@luminouslibrary.co with supporting documentation. Refund eligibility is determined at Luminous Library’s sole discretion. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once content has been accessed.
5. Content Licensing Agreement

5.1 License Grant
Purchasers receive a royalty-free, non-exclusive license.
Content may be used in commercial and personal projects.
5.2 Restrictions
No resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of Luminous Library’s content is permitted.
No use of content in trademarked logos, defamatory, pornographic, misleading, or illegal materials.
No use in any way that falsely represents an endorsement or affiliation with Luminous Library. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license, legal action, and financial penalties. Luminous Library reserves the right to investigate misuse and seek damages for violations. Users found in breach may be subject to account suspension or permanent bans without refund.
No resale or redistribution of content.
No use in trademarked logos or offensive materials.
6. DMCA Policy

6.1 Copyright Complaints
If you believe copyrighted content is being used improperly, submit a DMCA takedown request to hello@luminouslibrary.co with the following details:
Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
A description of the copyrighted work being infringed.
The URL or other identification of the infringing content.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is unauthorized.
A sworn statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. Luminous Library will investigate and may remove content at its sole discretion. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated without notice. If you believe copyrighted content is being used improperly, submit a DMCA takedown request via hello@luminouslibrary.co.

8. Payment Processing Terms
Payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing, you agree to their terms and authorize recurring charges for subscriptions.
9. Tax Compliance Policy
Luminous Library collects and remits sales tax where applicable. Customers are responsible for any additional tax liabilities.
10. Membership Terms & Auto-Renewal Disclosure
Memberships auto-renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until cancellation.
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting hello@luminouslibrary.co.
Upon cancellation, access to premium content will continue until the end of the current billing period but will not renew thereafter.
Luminous Library does not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
Users will receive a confirmation email upon cancellation, and it is the user’s responsibility to retain this confirmation as proof of cancellation.
